Offer Hospitality to One Another

One way that Christians can live out the gospel by doing good is through hospitality. Peter said believers must “Show hospitality to one another without grumbling." (1 Pet. 4:9 ESV) The word "hospitality" comes from two Greek words, philos, which means "to love" and xenos, which means "a stranger." To show hospitality means to "love strangers." I believe this is what Paul meant when he said to “work for the good of all” (Gal.6:10). Through hospitality, believers can be a tool in God’s hands to help those within our sphere of influence.
